Flora Xia

Hi besties! My name is Flora Xia, and I will be chairing SocHum at the 2023 conference. I’m a senior at Montgomery High School, and this will be my fourth and final year in MUN. This year, while I’m excited for chairing, I’m really just looking forward to soaking in my last experience of conference and making new friends. I can’t wait to meet all of you at Hershey Lodge and see what the future has in store for us!

Some fun facts about me: my favorite shows are Gilmore Girls, New Girl, and CBS Survivor, I love thrifting and sustainable fashion in general, I enjoy traveling but I dislike sightseeing, and I once performed in the St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican! If you are nervous for conference, my greatest advice would be to just relax and soak in the experience. Conference is only three days long, but I promise this program has the potential to change your life and introduce you to some of the kindest, most driven, and special people. The limited time you will spend at Hershey Lodge may be some of the best memories you take away from high school, so please remember to cherish every moment! I can’t wait to finally meet you all at conference. See you soon!
